Requirements

A client of mine is looking for a part time Cleaner and Grounds Maintenance Operative who can work for them on a part time basis. You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas in residential blocks and carrying out General Grounds Maintenance Surrounding the grounds. You must also be able to drive as on occasion you will need to use the company pool vehicle.

15 hours per week – this will be over 2 days, Monday and Tuesday.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role with the general public
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of customer care
  • The ability and knowledge to carry out cleaning works using the appropriate equipment
  • Carrying out Grounds Maintenance Tasks
  • Cleaning Communal Areas in Residential Blocks
  • Must be able to drive
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, prioritise tasks and co-operate with colleagues
  • A willingness to undertake training as identified.
