We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team on-site in the Greater Reading Area. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage communication, and ensure the timely delivery of our personalised services. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams, tracking project timelines, and solving any client challenges effectively. This role also involves evaluating client satisfaction and fostering long-term business growth through excellent service and support.

An exciting part of the role is occasionally travelling to running expos in the USA, UK and Europe to meet event partners and suppliers in the running ecosystem, plus the opportunity to participate in our partners’ events.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement skills
  • Project Management and Organisational skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business tools

  • Previous experience in account management or a client-facing role is a plus
