I'm hiring an Executive Assistant. This isn't an admin role — it's the closest thing to working as my second brain. I'm Vince, co-founder and CMO of 9 Figure Marketing Company. I'm looking for someone senior and experienced to own both business operations and personal/lifestyle for me, end-to-end. The role exists to reclaim 35-50 hours of my week currently spent on coordination, logistics, and admin — time that should be going into strategy and high-leverage work.

THE BASICS

  • Full-time, remote EST/GMT business hours availability
  • Premium tooling provided

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Inbox ownership — replying as me to 70-80% of correspondence
  • Calendar architecture across multiple time zones
  • Travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, itineraries, concierge
  • Vendor and contractor coordination
  • Personal life: restaurants, gifts, household admin, online shopping
  • Health, fitness, and recovery appointment coordination
  • Same-day research briefs on anything I need

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years as an EA supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive — non-negotiable
  • Hybrid business + personal scope strongly preferred
  • Track record of inbox ownership and writing on behalf of a principal
  • Comfort with discretion at a serious level

REQUIRED TRAITS

  • Anticipation — you fix problems before I notice them
  • Resourcefulness — you solve things without making me your first stop
  • Communication fit — fast, precise, in my voice when needed
  • Project adaptability — 'that's not my job' isn't in your vocabulary
  • Tech fluency — Slack, Notion, Superhuman, modern AI tools

HOW TO APPLY

Send a Loom video (max 7 minutes) answering:

  • Brief intro — current role, location, why this role
  • A problem you anticipated and resolved before your principal noticed
  • The most complex travel itinerary you've built end-to-end
  • A judgment call you made on your principal's behalf without being able to ask
  • The tools and systems you use to stay on top of an executive's life
  • The hardest part of working for a founder, in your experience

Plus: CV and references from 2 prior executives you've supported. Apply: vince@policysky.com or Telegram @vincewang7. Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed.
