Our client is a British, award-winning, well-being beauty brand who is looking for a commercial-minded Sales Account Manager to grow their UK arm of the business across retail and Spa’s. You’ll be well-connected in the beauty world with a strong awareness of numbers and what it means for the brand to drive forward. The role is hybrid: 1-2 days a week in their Mayfair office.
Salary: 35K to 40K based on experience

Job Description
You are the key go-to contact within the business to provide a high level of support for your customers. The role requires key skills such as strategic planning, relationship building and first-class communication. The day-to-day focus is to ensure that the retailer's and Spa’s perception of all the brands is a positive experience and a partner of choice. Customer meetings are fundamental in the role, preparing cohesive presentations and working cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of best-in-class sessions that build trust and inspire our customers. This role offers the opportunity to work across key digital and brick-and-mortar retailers. You’ll have a strong understanding of weekly sales analysis and promotional performance to inform plans, so proficiency in Excel and data analysis is required. Always seek to optimise new and existing business opportunities and drive profitable and sustainable sales, whilst always working cross-functionally to enhance and improve the equity of our brands in the marketplace. This role requires personal drive, resilience and a positive attitude to make things happen.
Responsibilities
- Open new UK doors across retail and Spa’s.
- Build strong relationships with existing retailers through regular communication and meetings delivering compelling rationale supporting proposals.
- Actively communicate with all retailers, developing strategies and communication plans.
- Proactively initiate and develop effective working relationships with key decision-makers in retail and distribution.
- Lead account planning to optimise product assortments, in-store exposure and trade marketing support delivering against annual sales and investment targets.
- Oversee the creation of engaging, insightful retailer presentations to maximise sales opportunities and develop long-term relationships.
- Ability to be the “eyes and ears” of the company in all opportunities for sales growth in the UK.
- Build JBPs with each retailer aligned with the strategy, and ensure delivery against these from a sales, stock and investment perspective.
- Responsible for creation and delivery against monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets, reviewing variances and recommending alternative actions as appropriate.
- Provide relevant recommendations for adjustments to UK sales strategy.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales and account management experience in the beauty industry

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
