Our client is a leading fashion high-street player, and they\’re looking for a Multi-Channel Styling Manager to join the team and deliver on brand multichannel styling and seasonal product styling for all the brand-owned channels: e-commerce, email, social, and retail. Hybrid working – 4 days in the London office Up to 45K WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Delivering on the Design vision, you will create styling looks for the season to be used across all channels, working with the Design and VM teams as a wider dynamic styling and product collective. Working closely with Design from the initial Design presentation to ‘final rack up’, you have a full knowledge of the key product for each phase across all categories. You are a ‘go-to person’ for the product for wider teams, such as Brand, Marketing, and E-commerce. Using that knowledge to guide and assist in product pushes and selection. As a key styling member, you know what’s going on and will challenge positively to get the right product results. Creating ‘on brand’ commercial looks for each category, push and phase in line with the calendar and buying crit paths. With the Senior Styling Manager, you are responsible for the Styling crit path and its delivery. Ensuring all dates are inputted, key stakeholders are aware and styling requests are done with enough time for all parties, including styling to be able to deliver. Responsible for the booking in of all styling touch points and sign-offs in calendars of relevant stakeholders with enough time for usable feedback. Working with the Creative Director, Head of Design and Senior Styling Manager on the ways to wear shoots and ‘virtual’ omnichannel Looks book. To be used as a guide for all channels each season. Styling up key items into commercial looks that inspire and delight. Work closely with social and content teams on the planning and execution of content and shoots, and other activities. Support the Design and Senior Styling Manager on Campaign and Seasonal shoots (in-store POS and Digital, and OOH when applicable.) Working ahead to ensure all planning and timings are workable for all, so the best product can be used. Delivering ‘on brand’ inspiring looks across Women’s, 915, Men’s and Concessions Following up on all shoots with product notes for retouch, working closely with the head of design and the senior content lead. Responsible for the product focus of all CRM pushes, collaborating with ecom, brand and Creative on email creation, driving key pushes and imagery selection, both through advanced planning and where needed reacting to trade, weather and new trend information. Working into briefs and working ahead to deliver product pushes in line with the marketing calendar. Create seasonal style guides to deliver on digital content needs. Lead the CRM weekly call to direct the customer emails content in response to CRM’s requirements of the journey and push Select and decide assets for weekly homepage updates, promo banners, landing page refreshes and Seasonal Site Furniture updates across all departments. Responsible for checking stock levels for product pushes Supporting and mentor the Assistant Stylists so that they can deliver and thrive. Working seamlessly with the wider teams across the business and being a positive ambassador for the brand. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working cross functionally to deliver on product requests Works closely with product coordination Manager and PCM’s assistant to align on key product pushes, correct intakes an Taking the overarching packs from the PCM and able to add to it and build out in real time. WHO YOU ARE You will have 3 years’ experience in styling Fashion retail experience, across multiple categories. Excellent knowledge across the fashion and retail industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Team player, ability to collaborate and work alongside peer group. Multi-channel focussed. Customer-focused. High awareness of trends and ability to forecast. Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint Able to read and understand trackers- product intakes, stock charts, and the programmes we use to monitor this. Figma optional but able to easily pick up digital platforms as this is where all our creative is done now. A bit of knowledge in marketing as so much of what we do involves acting on customer wants, needs, searches etc Confident in busy times. The ability to act quick and be reactive but in a calm manor without being overwhelmed by the pace.
