Our client is a luxury cashmere brand, and they're looking for an e-commerce executive to join the team. The role will be 100% remote with regular team meetings (and daily chats/calls/meetings) so we need someone who's super organised, self-disciplined, a planner, and able to jump on a train for a meeting in their London or the North of England office on occasion.
Up to 40K based on experience.
You must have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and ideally with a premium brand. The brand is in a start-up environment, with a small team so they're looking for someone agile, driven, passionate; a doer, able to switch from one platform to another and lead with a 'solution/problem fixed' mindset.
Day to day:
– is in charge of commercial trading via our DTC Shopify website;
– builds the DTC trading calendar & plans with CEO, operations, supply, design and warehouse.
– is in charge of customer journey / UX / functionalities of website / look & feel of website/management of day-to-day issues
– prepares the website daily/weekly for: new seasons, sales, marketing campaigns….
– works with agency on larger development projects
– collecting, analysing and actioning analytics to recommend and implement constant improvements
– owns the web trading strategies to acquire new customers, drive sales and grow brand awareness.
– Drives loyalty, AOV growth, conversion rate
– Reports on tracked KPIs (weekly and monthly) + takes fast actions based on sales, competition's activity and trends.
– Plans, creates and publishes brand content in alignment with merchandising and trading plans to build a seamless and 100% consistent experience and messaging.
– is in charge of planning / creating / analysing / optimising emails and recommending segments (Klaviyo).
– Constantly looks for opportunities to increase conversion rate and revenue.
– Work hand in hand with our warehouse manager, our operation & customer director, our designer, our third-party partners.
Experience:
At least 3 years of ecommerce experience
Fluent in all the usual suspects: shopify, klaviyo, buffer, canva, Meta, Linktree, social ads, GA4…
Able to manage third-party partners, for example, SEO & PPC. Able to speak the language and work with them on the strategy & plan.
