The vacancy is for an administrative support within Outpatients. The job can be very demanding and prioritising workloads is important. The following are tasks undertaken every day, but can change if requirements are required from the division:
- Completing the Appointments for booking within KPI
- Sending out invite letters
- Completing and actioning Netcall
- Filling news and follow ups from the BI report
- Working through the slot availability report
- Working alongside the clinic co-ordinator to fulfil any tasks required
Person Specification
Essential
- Education qualifications: 5 GCSEs grade C or above to include Maths and English
- Previous Experience: Good knowledge of IT
Desirable
- Previous customer service experience in an NHS environment
- Previous experience of inputting data correctly
