University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. The University of North Midlands is looking to recruit an Estates Engineering Maintenance Assistant at Royal Stoke Hospital. This follows an initial training period with the Retained Estates Team at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the provision of a high level of service to the hospital within a large Estates team.
- Carry out maintenance and repairs to the hospital facilities.
- Work within the Estates Team to carry out basic maintenance and repairs to the mechanical and electrical aspects of the hospital sites.
- Be prepared to provide a flexible approach to other engineering and building disciplines when required.
- Be stationed principally at the County Hospital site, working 5 days a week from 08:00 to 16:00, with potential work at other UHNM sites and participation in an on-call system.
