Responsibilities
We are seeking applications from self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals. The AP team provide support to the Biomedical Scientist staff working within the laboratory. Qualifications
Essential Education and Qualifications- Good general education demonstrated by GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C in maths, English and a Science subject
- NVQ Level 3 in Clinical Laboratory Support or equivalent
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Degree in related subject
- Familiarity with Pathology IT systems
- Previous experience of working in a laboratory setting
- Experience of working in the NHS
- Experience in a pathology setting
- Experience with molecular testing
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good manual dexterity skills
- Demonstrates supervisory skills
