This is an exciting opportunity to join the cardiology team at the University Hospitals of the North Midlands. The cardiology department provides cardiac diagnostic testing for inpatients, outpatients and in emergency care portals.
Main duties:
- Resting electrocardiography and ambulatory ECG monitoring are essential parts of our cardiology services and are the primary focus of this role.
- Working across sites, including County Hospital, Royal Stoke Hospital and the Community Diagnostic Centre, the successful candidate will provide ECG clinics and arrhythmia monitoring services.
- This role involves assisting senior healthcare scientists in the provision of specialist cardiac clinics.
The successful applicant will join an established team of 15 healthcare science assistants.
