Junior Sister/Deputy Ward Manager – Join Ward 117 Infectious Diseases at Royal Stoke University Hospital. Ward 117 is a 14‑bed unit providing inpatient care for TB, meningitis, malaria, sepsis and other infections. The role is pivotal to team leadership.

Main Duties

  • Work as part of the leadership team, collaborating with the Senior Sister and other leaders to ensure efficient running of the unit and achievement of KPIs, Trust objectives and values.
