University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Job Responsibilities

  • Are you interested in becoming a Nursing Assistant and deliver first class patient care?
  • Are you compassionate, reliable, motivated and ready for a challenge?
  • You will be responsible for providing fundamental elements of patient care as directed by the qualified nursing/midwifery team to ensure patients receive the highest standard of dignified and respectful care, in accordance with their care plans.
  • Provide safe and supportive care to patients, relatives and their loved ones.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Evidence of good numeracy and literacy, NVQ 2, Care Certificate

Desirable

  • Vocational qualification in a care environment

  • Previous experience in a care setting and NHS
