We have the opportunity for an experienced midwife to join our rotational midwife workforce. As part of the rotation team, you will have the opportunity to work in all areas of UHNM maternity services. You will be providing support to preceptorship midwives as they develop the skills they require to become band 6s. You will be well supported with plenty of opportunities for personal growth and development. Please note overseas applications will only be considered if you have a full (NOT PRN) NMC PIN number and have experience working as a midwife in UK maternity services. Main duties of the job:
- Rotational midwifery to include antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal skills.
- As a band 6, you will be expected to support junior staff and take charge of wards.

Education:
- Essential: NMC midwifery PIN
- Completed a midwifery preceptorship / band 6 experience
- Trained in UK university or minimum 6 months band 6 midwifery experience in UK
- Desirable: NIPE qualified

- Essential: Willing to undertake CPD
- Desirable: Willing to undertake qualification relevant to practice
