Applications are invited to apply for the bank position of Low Visual Aid Clinician B7 0.2 wte/ 7.5 hours - adhoc sessions. The post holder will provide a comprehensive, high quality Low Visual Aid (LVA) service as an autonomous practitioner and will work as an effective member of multi-disciplinary teams. The post holder will act as a focal point for the LVA service and develop links with Ophthalmology & Orthoptic teams, medical secretaries, clinicians and the Orthoptic Leadership Team. The team includes Contact Lens & anterior segment specialist (service lead), optometrist, service coordinator, ECLO and the ophthalmology team. The post holder may work part-time and on an ad hoc basis.

Location: Royal Stoke University Hospital, Newcastle Road, Stoke on Trent, ST4 6QG. Band 7, Agenda for change, Bank contract, Part-time pattern.
