The vacancy is for an Administrative Support for Cardiology. The job can be very demanding, and prioritising workloads is important. The following are tasks undertaken every day, but they can change based on the requirements from the division:

  • Completing the appointments for booking within KPI
  • Sending out invite letters
  • Completing and actioning Netcall
  • Filling news and follow-ups from the BI report
  • Working through the slot availability report
  • Working alongside the clinic coordinator to fulfil any tasks required
