The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of all admin activities related to the Alcohol Liaison Nursing Team. This will include liaising with internal and external agencies on their behalf, coordinating meetings and liaising with patient groups who need to link into the service.

Responsibilities:

  • The postholder will be the first point of contact for the Alcohol Liaison Team, providing efficient administrative, clerical and coordination support to ensure the team operates effectively within a busy acute hospital.

The ideal candidate will need to be resilient, confident, capable, organised, and able to prioritise their own workload effectively. They should use their own initiative and be prepared to work in a busy and challenging environment.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Good general education including GCSE maths & English
Essential Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Hospital EPR systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
