We are looking for a Client Development Manager, Private Banking to own the end-to-end relationship with our agency partners and high-value creators. This role combines white-glove client service with commercial ownership, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, deeply engaged with the platform, and continuously expanding their use of MAKE.
Reporting to the Director, Private Banking, you will act as a trusted advisor and relationship owner, balancing exceptional service with a proactive approach to client growth.
- Guide clients through KYC/KYB processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
- Act as primary contact during account setup
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style service aligned with Private Banking standards
- Maintain regular communication through Telegram, WhatsApp and phone calls
- Support clients in optimizing their financial operations using MAKE
Growth & Commercial Development
- Identify opportunities to expand client usage and increase account value
Requirements:
- 5+ years in account management, client success or sales
- Must include 1+ year in commercial or retail banking
- Background in fintech, creator economy, SaaS or digital platforms is also a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
