Make-A-Wish UK is seeking a Supporter Care Advisor to deliver excellent stakeholder experiences by handling enquiries, processing income and data, and ensuring timely stewardship. You will contribute to materials, fulfilment and admin processes to keep the charity running smoothly.
The role requires experience in customer service, data input in fundraising systems, and knowledge of Gift Aid. A hybrid working model and frequent office attendance in Reading are expected.
