The Manager, Community Partnerships is responsible for leading and driving fundraising performance, donor engagement, and partnership development for Make-A-Wish Singapore. Reporting to the Director (Community Partnerships), the role oversees the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and major events, manages key donor and corporate relationships, and ensures the effective use of donor databases and stewardship systems. The incumbent provides strategic direction and operational oversight to deliver sustainable income growth, strong donor experiences, and compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies across multiple income streams (individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and digital campaigns).
- Develop and lead creative, integrated fundraising campaigns that engage donors, inspire public support, and drive sustainable income growth across multiple channels.
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key donors, corporate partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of fundraising events and external engagements, ensuring high-quality execution, strong brand representation, and positive donor experiences.
- Oversee donor stewardship, recognition, and retention strategies, ensuring timely and meaningful engagement.
- Ensure effective management and integrity of donor databases, including data accuracy, reporting, segmentation, and compliance with PDPA and charity regulations.
- Monitor fundraising performance, budgets, and income projections; prepare regular reports and insights for management and Board committees.
- Ensure all fundraising and partnership activities comply with charity governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Represent Make-A-Wish Singapore at donor meetings, networking events, and partnership discussions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director (Community Partnerships).
Experience and Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in fundraising, partnerships or donor management.
- Experience in the social service/non-profit sector in Singapore preferred.
- Track record in managing donors, corporate partnerships and events.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in any related discipline.

- Strategic fundraising and partnership development.
- Donor relationship management and stewardship.
- Strong financial and data literacy, including CRM and donor database systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Other Details
- Official Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm / 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Candidate may be required to work on weekends for events that fall outside weekdays. Off-in-lieu will be provided.
