What difference will you make? Regional Officers provide hands-on support to chapters within a certain region, supporting their growth and encouraging collaboration between areas. You have responsibility for chapters within a region, allowing you to oversee their growth and ensure their sustainable function and that they carry out more events.

What are we looking for? Regional Officers should have strong leadership and organisational skills as much lead by example, providing support and adapting their approach based off individual requirements. Experience in recruitment is an added bonus.

What will you be doing? Regional Officers oversee chapters within a certain region. They provide support and guidance to the Presidents (and the rest of committee if needed) including advice and signposting as needed. They can also provide hands on support if requested. They should encourage chapters to collaborate including the sharing of resources, socials, fundraisers, training and events.
