We are seeking an experienced UK Immigration Consultant/Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of UK Immigration experience. The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring the successful candidate to come to Canary Wharf at least 2–3 times a week, so ideally, we are looking for someone based locally in London.
To qualify, you must be an IAA Level 2/3 adviser. Your focus will be on advising corporate and personal immigration clients, particularly on work and family visas.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact within our UK In-bound Immigration team, consulting and advising on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, and other corporate immigration matters.
- Manage end-to-end immigration caseloads independently while collaborating with a passionate team.
- Prepare and file UK immigration applications, including Sponsor Licence applications, with the utmost attention to detail and compliance with UKVI regulations.
- Advise on cases involving all kinds of family visas.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in UK Immigration.
- Expertise in Sponsor Licence Applications, Self-Sponsorship and Skilled Worker Visas.
- Strong experience across personal immigration matters, including Spouse, Visit, and family routes.
- Hands-on experience with Indefinite Leave to Remain and British Naturalisation.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, including advising and assisting with Global Business Mobility routes.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptional client liaison skills and confident, clear communication.
- Excellent independent research capability and the judgement to spot risk early and escalate appropriately.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a small, high-performance team.
Salary
We are currently offering a range between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. The salary will be reviewed annually, based on performance and the progress of the business. Additionally, we offer performance-based incentives linked to case outcomes and other measurable factors.
