MAK Jobs is recruiting a Sales Administration Assistant on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation in the engineering sector. This role provides vital support to the sales and engineering teams in managing both new and existing customer accounts. You will play a key role in resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate billing records, and contributing to the smooth operation of the sales function. Location: Rugby
Contract: Maternity Cover (with strong potential to become permanent)
Salary: Β£28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing order confirmations for all spares transactions
- Verifying and maintaining up-to-date pricing and contract information
- Preparing and distributing monthly sales reports to the sales team
- Supporting the sales and engineering teams with operational tasks to achieve departmental objectives
