MAK Jobs, a leading recruitment agency specialising in workforce solutions, is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants with knowledge of the Industrial, Driving, or Hospitality sectors to join our team in Rugby.
Location: Rugby
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (with some flexibility required)
You will focus on winning new clients while delivering exceptional services. We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and uncapped commission providing truly unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone and face-to-face engagement.
- Understand clients' hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
