Salary:up to £40,000 per annum basic + Uncapped Commission Scheme?

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll own the entire recruitment cycle:
- Generating leads and new businesses wins –this is sales role.
- Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.
