MAK Jobs, a leading recruitment agency specialising in workforce solutions, is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants with knowledge of the Industrial and Driving sectors to join our team in Rugby. You will focus on winning new clients while delivering exceptional services. We offer a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission providing truly unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
Location: Rugby
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (with some flexibility required)
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone and face-to-face engagement.
- Understand clients' hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and place suitable candidates.
- Provide expert insights and advice to both clients and candidates.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates.
- Ensure your service exceeds client expectations and achieves candidate satisfaction.
- Utilise diverse recruitment channels, including job boards and social media.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Update all internal systems accurately and promptly.
About You:
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment and sales.
- Strong business development skills, with a demonstrable track record of generating new business.
- Excellent communication skills.
