MAK Jobs is pleased to recruit an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a leading logistics company based in Rugby. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support while engaging directly with customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Location: Rugby (CV23)
Salary: £13.30 per hour (Overtime: £19.95 per hour)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday / 08:00 - 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily office operations
- Utilise Microsoft Excel for data entry, report generation, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Undertake any other reasonable administrative duties as required
