MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Forklift Counterbalance Drivers for an immediate start with our established client in Crick. This is an outstanding ongoing opportunity with a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidates. You will play a key part in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your skills and reliability will be recognised and rewarded.
Pay Rates:
- Days: £13.28 - £19.92 per hour
- Nights: £14.27 - £21.41 per hour
Shift Patterns:
- Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Monday to Friday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Monday to Friday rotating: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
- 4 on 4 off: 06:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 - 06:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance forklifts
- Transport and handle goods within the warehouse
- Carry out general warehouse duties to support operations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Proven experience operating Counterbalance trucks
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a positive team-player attitude
