Recruitment Resourcer

MAK Jobs is recruiting a dedicated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with long-term aspirations who are eager to grow and progress within the recruitment industry.

Location:Rugby
Salary:£27,000 per annum
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexibility is essential)

The Role:

– Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records.
– Answer incoming calls and emails professionally.
– Greet office visitors and direct phone calls, as necessary.
– Update internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
– Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations.
– Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
– Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
– Perform document checks to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
– Reference candidates as part of the recruitment process.
– Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
– Undertake general office and administrative duties as required.

– Ability to cope under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
– Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
– Strong organisational and administrative skills.
– Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
– Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
– Capacity to work to deadlines and meet targets.
