MAK Jobs is currently seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a prominent logistics client in Nuneaton.
Location: Nuneaton, CV10
Shift Patterns (Fixed Shifts):
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00
Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: £12.39 per hour (standard rate); £18.58 per hour (overtime)
- Night Shift: £15.00 per hour (standard rate); £22.50 per hour (overtime)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently in a high-rack warehouse setting.
- Perform stock picking, relocation, and replenishment at varying heights.
- Carry out daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and report any defects without delay.
- Support general warehouse operations, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid, in-date reach truck licence with accreditation (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Proven recent experience in operating reach trucks.
- Physical capability to undertake heavy lifting tasks.
- Strong reliability and punctuality.
