Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced operation in Northampton, is seeking experienced and proactive Team Leaders to join their team on a permanent basis.
Location: Northampton
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00
Salary: £14.15 per hour (Standard Rate) | £20.73 per hour (Overtime Rate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of reworkers and co-packers to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards
- Ensure clear and effective communication with internal departments and external partners
- Respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Review and plan weekly work schedules, optimising headcount and resource allocation
- Oversee staff deployment, manage return-to-work procedures and support disciplinary/investigation processes as required
Essential Requirements:
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using operational systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop and performance-manage a team
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt swiftly to operational changes.
