Serving a wide range of European and US trucks, buses, and off-highway vehicles, Majorsell offers a comprehensive product range, including remanufactured compressors, brake valves, calipers, and repair kits. With its products serving as alternatives to OEM, Majorsell is a registered brand and an official distributor for globally recognized brands such as Wabco, Knorr Bremse, Haldex and Voith. The company is dedicated to high-quality solutions for the transport and commercial vehicle industry.
This is a full-time on-site role based in West Bromwich for a Parts Sales / Customer Service professional. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, contributing to sales and managing the daily van deliveries. Hours are Monday to Thursday and on Fridays. Salary negotiable.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members - and a good telephone manner
- Experience and aptitude in Sales processes and supporting customer transactions
- Knowledge of ISO and quality management systems is beneficial.
- Experience of using HubSpot or similar CRM
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a small sales team and with other departments
- Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software applications is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the commercial vehicle parts industry is essential.
