My client is an independent creative agency located in Central London, we are looking for a Senior Account Director to join a growing team. You will work closely with a range of clients from sectors including retail and FMCG.

About the role:

As a Senior Account Director, you will act as the strategic lead for your clients, developing a deep understanding of their business and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You will be a trusted advisor and proactive problem solver, able to juggle complex briefs and tight deadlines, while keeping communication sharp and clear. Internally, you will inspire and guide creative, copy, and strategy teams, ensuring every brief is met.

What you will do:

  • Lead key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with UK and international clients
  • Work across integrated campaigns with a retail centric focus: POS, instore print, CRM, customer loyalty
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans that align with client goals and drive business growth
  • Prepare motivating briefs for creative teams and oversee delivery of exceptional work
  • Manage budgets, timelines and resources efficiently and transparently
  • Identify new opportunities to grow client accounts and drive revenue
  • Negotiate scopes and costs confidently
  • Mentor junior team members, offering support and guidance
