Senior Account Director - Creative Agency

My client is an integrated production agency, together we are looking for a Senior Account Director. You will keep day-to-day integrated campaigns running smoothly while nurturing existing projects and finding new opportunities. You will help drive consistent, profitable growth for clients, with a strong understanding of all project stages, from strategy to creative to production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of integrated creative campaigns.
2. Handle multiple projects at once, staying organized and focused on client needs.
3. Responsible for delivery of assets and account profitability – ensuring business targets are met.
4. Lead pitch processes and responses to RFIs.
5. Client management, including meetings, reports, and timelines.
6. Work with the senior team to create new business proposals that are clear and well-planned.
7. Ensure all projects stay on schedule and within budget.
8. Lead the team throughout the project process to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What We\’re Looking For:

1. Circa 8 years + of experience in account or client management, preferably in a creative or production setting.
2. Strong pitch experience.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to lead teams and keep projects on track.
