My client is a London born media production agency, working worldwide with clients in the automotive, sport, tech and tourism sectors. They create fast-action productions, high impact digital content, social media campaigns and brand lifestyle productions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Production Executive to join our growing creative agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some hands-on experience in production or project coordination who is ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will support the smooth running of multiple projects, from helping plan productions and managing timelines, to liaising with freelancers and keeping our clients in the loop. You will also get involved in creative proposals, attend shoots, and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the management of multiple creative projects from start to finish.
  • Help prepare and submit project proposals.
  • Assist in hiring and coordinating freelance crew and talent.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of production schedules.
  • Attend and help run film shoots as needed.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to clients.
  • Assist the Creative Director with developing proposals and creative ideas.
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2/3 years industry experience in a creative/production/agency environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic understanding of production planning and creative processes.
  • An interest in sports is a bonus!
