  • Collaborative Creativity: The Creative Strategist will work seamlessly with content creators (videographers, editors, designers), account managers, and clients, ensuring strategic alignment and a consistent creative thread from concept to rapid delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Through Ideas: This role will identify client challenges and opportunities, then proactively develop innovative, creatively-led strategic solutions to address them, always thinking about the most compelling way to tell a story.
  • Present & Persuade: The Creative Strategist will confidently present creative strategies and concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating the \”why\” behind their ideas and how they will captivate audiences and achieve objectives.
  • Content Performance Awareness: This role will collaborate with the analytics team to understand how creative strategies perform, deriving learnings that inform and refine future approaches – always with an eye on optimizing creative impact.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • (X+) years of experience in a strategic or creative role within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or in-house creative team, with a strong preference for experience in sports, entertainment, or destination marketing .
  • A proven track record of developing highly creative and effective strategies that have driven measurable engagement and results.
  • A strong intuitive understanding of what makes compelling content, especially for social media.
  • Excellent ability to interpret research and insights to fuel creative thinking, rather than just report on data.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the individual can craft compelling narratives and present complex ideas with clarity and passion.
  • Proficiency in developing visually engaging presentations.
