Brand Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Amazing opportunity for a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to join a leading children’s toy and entertainment company.
This role offers the unique chance to shape the brand’s presence in the UK market and contribute to their mission of creating innovative and meaningful experiences for children worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Campaigns: Adapt and implement global campaigns for the UK market, including translating materials, tailoring messages, overseeing local content production, managing agency relationships, analysing market trends, managing the local marketing budget, and mentoring the local marketing team.
- Trade Marketing: Lead the trade marketing function to build a strong brand presence in retail, supporting in-store activations, developing POS materials, and collaborating with sales teams and retailers.
- Creative Direction: Oversee the UK’s creative output, managing a team of copywriting, design, and social media talent. Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and localise global assets.
- Strategic Research & Insights: Conduct brand tracking and research to monitor brand health and consumer perception, utilising insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the global brand team and other local markets to ensure consistency. Manage relationships with the media and PR agencies.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience leading brand strategy within a consumer-focused organisation.
- Expertise managing multi-channel media campaigns (digital, ATL, social media).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using research and insights.
- Passion for creativity and innovation, with a deep understanding of the UK market.
Location & Workplace Policy:
- London
- Hybrid, two days in the office.
Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000 – £60,000
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 wellbeing days.
