Most leadership training is predictable. Slides. Theory. Safe conversations. That’s not what we do. At MIM®, we train leaders to perform when the pressure is real—when systems are down, stakeholders are escalating, and decisions matter. We’re building a small group of exceptional facilitators who can deliver that experience at the highest level. We are looking for 3 additional MIM® Associate Trainers to deliver our globally recognised Major Incident Management programmes. You will not be expected to teach technical content. We will train you in the MIM® methodology. Your role is to bring it to life through:

  • Leadership
  • Presence
  • Energy
  • Real facilitation skill

This is not traditional training delivery. This is leading rooms of professionals through high-pressure scenarios and helping them think, communicate, and perform at a higher level.

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for standard trainers. We are looking for people who can:

  • Command a room (virtually and in-person)
  • Engage senior stakeholders and executives
  • Deliver with clarity, confidence, and energy
  • Facilitate discussion—not just present slides
  • Read a room and adapt in real time
  • Tell stories and bring concepts to life

Backgrounds we often see this in:

  • Executive coaching
  • Leadership facilitation
  • Corporate training (high-end)
  • Military / crisis leadership environments
  • Professional speaking

What This Is NOT

  • Not a volume training role
  • Not slide-reading delivery
  • Not suited to low-energy or purely theoretical trainers

If you are more comfortable presenting than facilitating, this will not be a fit.

What Makes This Different

  • Real-world, high-pressure subject matter
  • Engaged, professional audiences
  • A methodology with global credibility
  • A small, high-calibre trainer group (not a large bench)
  • Opportunity to become a specialist in leadership under pressure

Training & Onboarding

All successful candidates will complete:

  • MIM® Professional Certification
  • MIM® Trainer Academy (delivery, positioning, experience design)
  • Observed delivery sessions before leading independently

We invest heavily in ensuring our trainers operate at a consistently high standard.

Engagement

Associate model. Competitive day rates (aligned to high-end facilitation market). UK-based with opportunities for international delivery.

Application Process (Important)

We do not assess based on CV alone. To apply, please either:

  • Share a short video (5-10 minutes) of you delivering training, facilitating, or speaking
  • Be prepared to deliver a short live teach-back session (5–10 minutes)

Closing

If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences, and you’re looking for a platform where your facilitation skills truly matter—We’d like to hear from you.
