Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lamination Operative to join the production team. - 2 weeks working 3 shifts per week
- 1 week working 4 shifts per week
Shift Times:
- 07:00 - 19:00

Monday to Friday rotating days and nights. Average 40 hours per week - breaks paid.
The Role:
As a Trainee Lamination Operative, you will be responsible for learning how to operate and manage lamination machinery within a busy production environment. You will ensure products are manufactured to customer specifications, quality standards, and production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Working closely with the production team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality products for major UK brands. Full training will be provided for someone with printing experience, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who are looking to develop specialist machine operating skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lamination machinery safely and efficiently
- Learn to run and monitor specialist lamination equipment
- Ensure the correct works documentation is used before production commences
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications
- Work towards production KPIs and quality requirements
- Organise workload in line with daily production schedules
- Monitor process controls and identify potential issues before they impact production
- Communicate machine faults or production concerns to management
- Assist with equipment maintenance and general production activities as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow site quality, environmental, and health & safety procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department
- Provide reasonable overtime cover when required

- Previous experience working within a manufacturing and printing environment
