Logistics Shift Manager Are you an established Logistics/Stock Control professional looking for the next step in your career? Worked within a similar role in a fast paced manufacturing environment? Major Recruitment are seeking an experienced Logistics Shift Manager to join our client’s site at their manufacturing site in near Evesham. This role requires an individual who can work at pace and confident in managing the daily stock/logistics function of the business. . Key Responsibilities Logistics Shift Manager * Ensure all materials entering the business comply with customer, regulatory, and internal standards. * Supervise the day-to-day operations of the shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. * Effectively manage labour and resources to meet operational requirements. * Ensure stock takes are accurate and completed in a timely manner * Ensure timely delivery of stock to prevent any disruptions or stoppages in the production lines. * Provide leadership, support, and development to staff, to increase knowledge, share best practice and ensure professional standards are met * Promote and uphold a strong HSE and team culture across the department.
