Major Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Flitwick for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced distribution environment offering stable hours, long-term security, and genuine progression opportunities.
We are particularly keen to speak with candidates who hold a valid FLT Counterbalance or Reach licence, although this is not essential for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:45

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and checking incoming goods
- Safe operation of FLT equipment (if licensed)
- Stock control, rotation, and accurate location management
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Working to daily targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience essential
- FLT Counterbalance or Reach licence desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
