Major Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the area's leading manufacturers and distributors of consumer products in Flitwick. We are looking for an experienced VNA or Reach driver who is happy to also carry out general warehouse duties. This is to join their established team on a permanent basis and will be directly employed by the client.

Based within a modern distribution facility in Flitwick, you will become part of a friendly, hardworking team in a fast-paced environment, playing a vital role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and delivered safely and efficiently. Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:30
Friday: 08:00 - 14:45

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Receiving and checking incoming goods
  • Safe operation of FLT equipment
  • Stock control, rotation, and accurate location management
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Working to daily targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience essential
  • FLT Reach or Counterbalance is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures
