You'll gain exposure to state-of-the-art products and be part of a forward-thinking company that values your ideas and initiative.\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\nCompetitive salary of £24,000 – £26,000 per year\\nPermanent position\\nImmediate starts for the right person\\nMonday to Friday day shift\\nPaid overtime for extra hours worked\\nHoliday allowance that increases with length of service\\nPension scheme to help you plan for the future\\nAn extra day off to celebrate your birthday\\nSupportive and collaborative team culture with ongoing training and development\\nClear pathways for career progression within a growing business \\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nWork alongside other technicians to assemble equipment in line with design specifications and new product requirements.\\nCarry out assembly tasks to specification, on time and within the allocated hours for each job.\\nIdentify and resolve any problems or faults during assembly, suggesting practical technical solutions to Project Engineers and Project Managers as needed.\\nPrepare equipment and paperwork to a high standard, ensuring all shipments are packed accurately and ready for delivery.\\nDrive company vans to complete deliveries and collections in a timely and professional manner.\\nMaintain the workshop to high standards of safety and cleanliness at all times, in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy.\\nOrganise the workshop and stores area, manage stock control effectively, and carry out regular stock audits and cataloguing.\\nBe proactive in suggesting new methods and techniques to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.\\nUndertake any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as requested by management to meet the needs of the business.
