Interview date: Monday 20th July Mansfield Full-time | Leadership Role £55, 747 - £61, 534 per annum salary We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Headteacher - Pastoral to play a key role in leading behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and student welfare across our school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established leader to join a committed senior leadership team and make a meaningful impact on outcomes for students with additional needs.

The Role You will work closely with the Headteacher to lead the pastoral strategy and day-to-day running of the school, ensuring high standards of behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.

Leading on attendance, behaviour and pastoral support across the school Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead and promoting student welfare Supporting the strategic leadership and development of the school Managing and developing staff, including performance and CPD Driving high standards of pupil behaviour, engagement and outcomes Using data to monitor performance and inform improvement strategies Supporting day-to-day leadership and deputising where required About You We are looking for a confident and resilient leader who can inspire staff and drive positive change.
