School Staffing Solutions are recruiting for a new, forward-thinking care company seeking a motivated, experienced and values-led Registered Manager to take ownership of a new children's home in Hull, supporting young people aged 8-14 years with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing the home from the outset. You will be responsible for leading the Ofsted registration process, developing a high-performing staff team, embedding strong safeguarding and compliance standards, and ensuring the home provides outstanding care.
