Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our workshop team on a full-time, permanent basis. Excellent Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £16 to £21 per hour, tailored to your experience. Strong Overtime Rates: 3 weekdays and x1.5 on Saturdays. A direct, straight permanent contract with a financially stable, highly respected business. Great Work-Life Balance: Fabricating high-quality, bespoke architectural steel windows and doors from technical drawings. Utilizing MIG and ARC welding techniques to join thin and medium-gauge steel sections. Cutting, grinding, drilling, and prepping steel components to exact tolerances. Conducting self-inspection of work to ensure flawless finishes for high-end clients. Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator, ideally working with architectural steel, windows, doors, or fine structural metalwork. High attention to detail and pride in producing clean, neat welds and precise fabrications. Reliable, punctual, and able to commute to our workshop in Shipston-on-Stour.
