Major Recruitment are currently looking for a Painter And Decorator in Bristol.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £14 to £17 per hour
Location: Bristol, BS32 0BF
Day to Day Tasks:
- To carry out internal and external painting and decorating requirements.
- Minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to decorating/painting.
- Carry out planned programme of painting and redecoration in accordance with the Estates work plan in void properties.
- To use all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works.
- To be efficient, polite, of smart appearance and diligent in the discharge of the duties required, including the wearing of the correct company uniform.
- To conduct the operation of the contract in a pro-active manner so as to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems.
- To prepare the area ready for decoration including the moving of heavy equipment i.e. fridges, filing cabinets, tables etc.
