This is a full-time position based in East Anglia, delivering both theoretical and practical training across multiple UK locations and client sites. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess training in line with GWO training standards
- Facilitate engaging theoretical and practical training sessions
- Review, maintain and develop course materials to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Ensure all training activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Carry out safety inspections and maintain training equipment to a safe operational standard
- Support continuous improvement across training delivery and operational excellence
- Travel to training centres and client locations as required
