Job Description:
We are currently recruiting reliable and experienced Multi-Drop Van Drivers for our client based in Barking. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for afternoon starts and consistent work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries in a 3.5T van
- Delivering parcels efficiently and safely to residential and commercial addresses
- Managing between 50-80 drops per day (depending on route)
- Scanning and logging deliveries using handheld devices
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery point
- Ensuring the van is kept clean and reporting any defects
Shift Details:
- Start Time: 12:00 PM (Midday)
- Days: Monday to Friday with optional weekends available
- Overtime may be available
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) held for a minimum of 12 months
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, IN, or DD endorsements)
- Previous multi-drop experience is essential
- Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift and move parcels safely
- Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused
