A growing manufacturing business is seeking a Production Manager to lead site operations, develop production teams, and drive continuous improvement across the plant. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for production performance, safety, quality, people development and operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading Shift Leaders and production teams
- Delivering production targets safely, on time and to quality standards
- Driving improvements in productivity and efficiency
- Reducing downtime and improving operational performance
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions
- Working closely with Engineering, Planning and Quality teams
- Developing and coaching employees to reach their full potential
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager role in a chemicals environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Manufacturing or process industry experience
- Continuous improvement mindset
