About the Role
We are looking for a Spray Cell Operative to join a busy production environment. You will be responsible for spraying undercoat or glaze onto sinks, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained before products move through to the kiln process.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products prior to spraying and identify any defects.
- Spray products safely and to the required quality standards.
- Complete all required checks and paperwork.
- Follow company procedures, SOPs and health & safety requirements.
- Wear the correct PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.
- Meet production targets and quality standards.
- Report defects, equipment issues or unsafe practices.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support other areas when required.
About You
- Previous spraying experience, such as car spraying, is desirable.
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, team-focused and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
